Hello crankypants,

 They are related BLACKLEY married to WRIEDE married to SCHULTZ.

Ok more to the puzzle:

Birth 1928/D03848 Schultz Edna Heinrich Ernst Maria Auguste Wilhelmine Schrodter

Edna 16 Jan 1907 # 03848 - 1928

I can't see a marriage or a death or anything.

Please see what you can find. Thanks.

Dave

Hello crankypants,

George Jnr. is with his parents in 1949:

1949 QLD Electoral Roll - Petrie - Kedron
BLACKLEY George, Jun., Sydney st., Chermside, salesman
There are two George BLACKLEY in the index in 1954 - one in Wide Bay and the other in Griffith. I don't know if George Jnr. married. His father was NOK when he enlisted in 1943.

This could be the death of George Snr.:

BLACKLEY George Death notice 29APR1978 Death 87 at Southport Hospital, late of Southport, formerly of Howard Fraser Coast Chronicle (Hervey Bay) 01MAY1978

No death for spouse Martha Gertrude in Ryerson. They were both living in Paddington, Brisbane in 1964.

Although the age fits I have nothing to say he was in Howard (between Maryborough and Bundaberg). He lived much further north in Innisfail and Atherton.

Please see what you can find. Thanks.

Regards,

Dave

Hello crankypants,

Thank you very much. Ok, my George is a salesman and not a miner and he didn't live in Howard. So that death (the age was not a perfect fit) is not George Snr's. So I'm now missing the death of both George and Martha.

Regards,

Dave
