I've just been scrutinising the image of that census... there appears to be a cut off line (tick) between Joseph Barnes and Thomas Blackley, as if they are in a separate unit... see image section.. I'm not sure I understand its significance.

Yes a single line and a change of schedule number is it at the left?

I have noticed the same thing on the SMH Archive 1955-1995. The image number rarely matches the actual page number.

Can' see anything else unusual, there is an Ann Bycroft (or similar) schedule 11, age 46, laundress, but looks as though b. Lancashire :(
