Help please.
I am looking for the death of my gg grandfather Thomas Brennan.
He was born abt 1817 in Ireland he married Ann Wogan 1845 in Birkenhead Cheshire. On the marriage certificate his surname is Brannan.
On the 1851 census the family are living in Pool St. Birkenhead under the name of Branning.
By 1861 census Ann is a widow still living in Pool St. Birkenhead under the name of Brennan.
Some of the children are registered as Brannan with the younger ones registered as Brennan.
The youngest child Peter was born 13 Sept 1860 on the birth cert Thomas Brennan dock labourer is shown as the father but not listed as deceased.
From this you would think that his death would have been between 13/9/1860 and 7/4/1861 but I have been searching almost 3 years to no avail.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

I have looked at that in the past. I don't think that is him as his wife Ann is listed as a widow on the 1861 census. On his daughter Jane's marriage cert in 1867 he is listed as Thomas Brennan doc labourer deceased but I can't find a death up to 1867.
