I need to find a bit more to be sure the 1862 Binalong birth is the right one for Thomas the gardener and that the 1843 marriage is the right one for the 1862 birth.

Had another look in TROVE and found nothing for Mary nee BURTON who died 1881. No age at death.

I've found a tree that has Mary Ann born NSW 1829 and only 5 children including James & John up to Mary Ann in 1857.

I can't look those up being a Volume past 123.

Parents on death reg John & Isabella.

A wild assumption by the tree author. 1843 marriage has no consent for Mary. It also says 'Immigrant' without the word 'Free' that William has. Witnesses George Young and Mary Walman/Mashman ??
