This Thomas appears to be in Parramatta from 1900 - 1906 and would fit with marriage place. The others are in different locations.

Jane West Jenkins (formerly Cook) sued for a divorce from Thomas Joseph Jenkins on the ground of desertion. The parties were married at Parramatta in 1908 according to the rites of the Roman Catholic Church. Mr.Sydney B. Glass appeared for the petitioner, who was granted a decree nisi, returnable in six months.

If that is the correct Thomas in 1910, his occ. could be almost anything.. He may have just took work as available

I don't suppose he can be found in 1901?

We have two and possibly 3x Thomas Joseph. I think we can rule the one in Lithgow out. The other one married in 1926 which is after the divorce. So we need to prove he is or is not the one who married Jane.

I don't think we would have 2x Thomas Joseph both involved in divorce cases for desertion. Any ref then would be the one who married Jane.

That's not the one who married Jane because he was born abt 1873.

We will have to consider all Thomas Joseph and Joseph Thomas. Can't rely on birth, marriage, E/R and death reg being consistent for an individual.
