Thomas Joseph Jenkins was charged with that he did desert his wife, Jane West Jenkins, and leave her without means of support. That case was withdrawn, and the defendant was re charged under the Deserted Wives and Children's Act. It had been arranged, Mr. Todhunter said, that the defendant should pay 6s per week, the first payment to be made on Monday next.

The marriage is 1908 so born abt 1902 is ruled out.
