I think that is not the right Isabella. Age is out and pob is not Rutherglen.

I searched 1851 for all Isabella born 1810 +/- 5 looking for those born Rutherglen then checked the five I found for a marriage and baptism of children to find maiden name and none were Kerr.

Yeah, quite possibly... It looked close for Isabella & William, same town as 1841 [and the weaver connection], that said, Blantyre is about 5-6 mlies SE of Rutherglen..
