A difficult 1800 NSW marriage to transcribe. I'll post what I have from another volume which has the marriage in a different format.

1800 May 24 - Thomas Rose - Jane Jones - St. Philip Sydney

Thanks,

Dave

The minister is Richard Johnson.

Richard Johnson (circa 1756 – 13 March 1827 in England) was the first Christian cleric in Australia.
The Governor at the time was John Hunter.

Thanks Emeltee.

Hunter ... ... ... between

Looks like 'by Johnson' but not convinced.

I should have taken images of nearby marriages. I'll do that next time at the library. They should follow a format.
