tracing family of colin finnie

i am trying to trace the family of colin finnie b. 1808 in paisley. Due to the fact that i am an internet illeterate i need lots of help.

Found the following children names/births for the name NEILSTON on the IGI, hopefully they may fit:

14/04/1858 - Janet, parents Colin Finnie & Janet Dunlop

The birth certificate states the father was a bleacher and deceased

06/01/1856 - Isabella, parents Colin Finnie & Janet Dunlop again

There is an online database for the 1851 census for Barrhead & Neilston which may help you further to find them on the census, online at
