I am looking for my uncle his name is peter jeffrey born 13th july 1940 we need to contact him ashis brother is ill and asking to see him last place we nknew he was was northleigh oxfordshire

Trying to trace people at this time is much harder than say 100 years ago or so, this is because of the protection act. If you look at the thread tracing living people click on the link it tells you how to go about tracing living people.
