tracking a line through a family tree

I wonder if any one knows a way of using different colours in a family tree soft ware package.?

I have been trying to find a way of highlighting certain members of a tree in a different colour, say, red print. This would help to track a relationship between two different individuals to show the relationship. I wanted to demonstrate how 7th cousins were related and highlight the connections

It would be very useful as well to indicate the affected individuals with an inherited disease or condition.

I currently use family tree maker but could be persuaded to change if any programme had an option to change colours in printing out the names of individuals

Any suggestions or influence on the soft ware maunfacturers greatfully accepted.

That's a very good idea! I don't know of any software that will do this, but if there is one I'll be interested to!
