Unable to find 2 death certificates

Just had a look at the actual database, put in his name and Death year ( 1960 ) it came up with a Probate in Suffolk.

EDIT: looks like the right one, his sons name is on it.

Not been able to find Ada Martha on the last 2 census, nor her son. Will still have a look around though.

AHH. It's because I searched with her birth year. If I take it away I find the death you mentioned however dying at age 68 in 1940, she would of been born around 1872.

EDIT: inputting her birth year I found 1 possible match.

Ada M Mindy aged 90.
Died Mar 1957 in Lewes, Sussex.

Looks like she knocked a few years off her age. Which isnt uncommon.

Very true. I did forget about that however the ages on the birth and death indexes are usually correct right ?

Ages on death can vary. It depends who has registered the death. The information is only as good as to what the informant knows.
