That famous site we use, Ancestree often updates their records but when it says UPDATED, it rarely gives what records have been added. Unless I am missing something and there is a way to find out? I notice they have updated London records again.

I share your frustration on this one. Many times I've checked for elusive ancestors in "updated" record sets, and still found nothing.
One other thing I have discovered with the London baptisms, marriages and burials is not all of the images are indexed; far from it in fact. Recently I have been trawling through the images of St Andrew Holborn, because they are not indexed in the dataset.
I wonder if other record sets are the same.

And St Matthew Bethnal Green have missing burials from 1823-1826 but the burials are on FamilySearch.

I am trawling through marriage registers for certain London parishes which George and Sarah Coombs lived to see if they witnessed any marriages.

I did find Sarah witness an 1835 marriage when she herself had remarried after George died. I hope one day London registers will be searchable by marriage witness.

Also, you could view images of London burials, now they only have a text only record, like the Essex and Staffordshire records.
