May be 2x Henry, one b. c1812 and with a Susan [Possibly arrived 1853]

Something to ponder..

NSW Births:
PEPPER ELIZABETH 11009/1859 HENRY/VICTORIA PARRAMATTA
PEPPER GEORGE 5205/1860 HENRY/SUSAN BERRIMA
PEPPER JANE 4946/1857 HENRY/SUSAN F BERRIMA

The Henry who d. in 1871 may be the husband of Susan

Empire (Sydney, NSW) - Sat 29 Sep 1860 p.3
GOULBURN
The Circuit Court was opened last Monday morning before his Honor Sir John N. Dickinson. John O'Brien was charged with highway robbery. Henry Pepper deposed : I am a farmer residing at Bombala. ...

The Goulburn Herald and Chronicle (NSW) - Sat 20 Nov 1869 p.5
In the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Sheriff's office, Goulburn, November 19, 1869.
Hatfield v. Pepper.
ON WEDNESDAY NEXT, the 24th day of November instant, at the Railway Sale Yards, MARULAN, at 2 o'clock p.m., unless the writ of ji. fa. herein be previously satisfied, the Sheriff will cause to be sold by public auction,
11 Head of Cattle
1 Chesnut Horse
1 ditto Mare, broken to saddle and harness, and
2 Saddles and Bridles,
the property of Henry Pepper, the above-named defendant.

Those two fit together and you are probably correct in saying I have the wrong death for the Henry who married Victoria.

Berrima, Bombala, Marulan, Goulburn fit one Henry.

Liverpool and Parramatta fit the other.

Forbes does not fit either.

Dec 1897

... Henry Pepper, fruiterer, Newtown, ..

One in Maitland/Newcastle I've ignored. As too the one in Forbes/Parkes. And the one in Marulan.

Also ignore Rev.Henry Pepper.

in Victoria (pepper mint trees), ranging from 420ft to 480ft in height

QUEEN VICTORIA'S PEPPER-CORN AND THE CZAR'S SACK OF BARLEY.

Only two hits in Trove.
