Wakelin Road, West Ham + Smith

Hi all

Can anyone please tell me who lived at 10, 11 or 12 Wakelin Road, West Ham around 1922? I am looking for a Ginny or Virginia, I am not sure if she is was a Smith or if she married a Smith.
Many thanks for any help you can give me with this problem I am unable to find anything!

I can't find an electorial roll for the time period given. more details may help find her
this came up on 1911 census, Mile End is close to West Ham
