It would be good if the general public got a chance to submit interesting family lines and got the chance to appear on WDYTYA. They might even have a few brickwalls broken down for them. As celebs have had their trees researched for them it is about time we got our turns.

Hi Ben

According to you know who ( N.B) it is highly unlikely to happen. Sorry to dash your hopes but he repeated it today again. The powers that be do not think that the general public would wish to see ordinary people like you and me on the Television. Celebrities sell the programme !!

I've just had a thought. As most of us have done the donkey work for them, it would save them a lot of cash in researchers.

So we could accept that little bit less for a fee. (Just a little, don't want to go in too cheap).

In these 'hard' times, the Beeb is trying to save money. AND, as they don't have any advertising revenue to source or lose, it's a win-win situation.

Sorted..........!!!
