My name is Colin, with a great family of Wife and three kids.None unfortunately showing any interest in family history.However, I do tend to make up for that being slightly obsessed with the subject.I'm a Landscape gardener,Scots Clan history writer and researcher of Lancashire pottery history and family history combined.The Clan history is on the McEwan family line and it's linked Clans.The pottery history, is research on the potteries themselves and the families involved which takes in too many surnames to mention individually.My own family history is mainly surnames Davies, Bradshaw, Twist, Lowe, Wolff, in Prescot, St. Helens and Liverpool areas.Any info much appreciated on any of above subjects, or if I can help anyone with interests of similar threads please ask.Colin.

Hi Kerrymac and welcome. I have Lowes in my family too but round Wigan area Ince Pemberton Winstanley and Haigh. If you ever find any of your Lowes in that area let me know and I'll see if we are related Got lots of other relatives in the Kirby Prescot and St Helens district too but not Lowe.
