What is the latest death date one can do in the 1900 year. please.:'(

Are we talking about dates of death or dates of registration of death? The dates of the latter are the dates in any index and such dates could fall in the following calendar year. There is no cut off date as such in December. I have even seen November deaths registered in the following January.

1911 census is possible, but dependant on the info you have, it's possible to trace up until 1984, using B/M/D indexes.(I'm not totally sure on this).

There are also other means, e.g. Old phone books etc. Military records.....and so on.

But the information that you may have, needs to more specific the nearer you get to 2011.
