Just had the worst 2 days of my life
On Saturday the internet went down - no big deal I thought - then how to report a fault without the net
Idea use mobile - worked OK - fault reported - but asked if I wanted small hub ? Do I or don't I (just said Yes)
BUT the suspense I just didn't realise what now relies on the net - no replay TV programs, No pay TV (seen all the others)
So today the nets back and running and I have forgotten what I wanted it for
