Hi, I have census records for my great great grandfather George Cook. born 1850 (Little Brickhill, Bucks) so I know he existed! Have not yet located the correct birth cert but also cannot find death details. Looked on Genes Re and Free BMD but nothing. Found his daughters grave in Wavendon, Bucks (d 1901-age 15) but if George and his wife Sarah are there cannot see grave. Not sure what year he died but he was 51 in 1901 census and still lived in Wavendon. What is my next step anyone? Lynn.

Hi,

Have you looked either side of 1850. On the 1851 George is born abt 1849there are two George Cooks born 1849 registration district Newport Pagnell, which is the registration district for Little Brickhill on the 1851 census and another 2 for 1850 Newport Pagnell and Buckingham. Have you the 1851 census info?
