Why my posts do not appear?

Could some one please explain why some of my replies to post appear right away and others may not go on for a while and have to be vetted. Some times they just don't appear to go on any of the threads i reply to?

Slight hiccups with the site Ben. New server has been 'employed', and a few wrinkles need to be ironed out.

That's OK Ben. Sometimes replies to posts/threads are not 'instant'. It sometimes depends on us 'mods' being awake.:2fun::2fun:

As said, there are still a few gliches.
