William Andrews and Ethel Marchant

I am having trouble tracking down the marriage of William James Andrews (born 1898 Corfe Mullen, Dorset) and Ethel (who I think is Ethel Marion Marchant born 1899 Lewisham, but possibly with married name of Foot). They most probably married in Canada, and if so probably Regina, Saskatchewan, sometime around 1933.

I would be very grateful for any thoughts or pointers.
