Richard b. abt 1826 Stokesley son of William, not yet found in 1841. Not with father and siblings in 1841.

He is a stone mason.

Could William have followed Richard at a later date?

Geoff
I have 1851.

No. Richard left the country in 1854.

Sometimes Balmer but very few showing in NRY in census.

Elizabeth SHARP born 1819 so Richard 1820 would be usual but age in shipping record and age at death don't point to 1820.

Was hoping baptisms of siblings would show mother's name.

Even the daughter is no help with parent's names.

Death 12730/1928 GRIBBLE MARY A E - BULMER 8O YRS CLOVELLY RANDWICK * 19 Sep

c. 11 Jun 1848 Holy Trinity, Kingston Upon Hull, Yorkshire

Great Ayton PR's [2-3 miles NE of Stokesley]

William
s/o
Jeffrey Bulmer [Mason]
Bap. 9 Apr 1793

Jeffrey possibly married Hannah Dickinson in 1790.

Geoff

EDIT: I've only got Stokesley up to 1750 :(

I tried for 30 minutes to post.

It would seem some Bulmers have been transcribed as something other than Bulmer/Balmer.
