Looks like he is another of the family missing in the census.

Bulmer, Balmer - don't know what else to try.

William s/o Jeffrey Bulmer [Mason] Bap. 9 Apr 1793

Jeffrey possibly married Hannah Dickinson in 1790.

Could that Ann be this Hannah??

Father as William a weaver is correct, however it's not 1825 and not Stokesley.

Age for Richard in 1851 census, shipping record and at death point to 1825.

William BULMER & Mary FLETCHER
14 May 1817 Stokesley, Yorkshire
Batch: M014792

Deaths Jun 1838 BULMER Mary [35] Stokesley 24 339

Is that William a weaver?

No help here re mother's name.

Death 1564/1857 BULMER Richard 32 Unk UNK b. York d. Vic.

If Richard the servant in 1841 is ruled out then we are still missing a Richard born abt 1825 in the 1841 census.

Thanks Val.

The tree is mostly correct.

Don't think Richard died 26 Mar as that is the date of burial. Can't find a notice in Trove.

Looks to be the right marriage for Thomas.

Why Northallerton - not bride or groom's parish.
