William BULMER

Thanks Geoff.

If we didn't have Richard's age in several records we would jump to the conclusion he was roughly the same age as Elizabeth, ie the one born 1820.

Scawby Parish Records - Baptisms (1819-1820)
No. 170 Decr. 16th 1819 Elizabeth daughter of John Newmarch & Rebekah Sharpe Scrawby Hatter Val ? Grantham Vicar

Nothing for Richard in Stokesley or G/Ayton PR's [Baps]

Geoff

Thanks Geoff.

Still some gaps for other children - between 1818 and 1824 and 1828 and 1834.

Dave

Looks like three other Bulmer families in Stokesley with birth reg 1837 - 1841.

mmn Hardy, Mellanby/Mellonby and Sedman.

Yeah, a bit of a minefield

Also at least 3x William b. c1793, one ended up a mariner, another a mason and another a weaver [from memory] :D

Not one Bulmer in Stokesley in FS in 1841. Not even William the weaver.

I took out Bulmer and put in William and Stokesley and this is what FS gives

residence: 1841 Pool, Montgomeryshire, England
