I'm not sure why they called another son William as the William Cubitt Clowes born 1859 is still alive.
He is a boarder with a Benjamin Rowe, schoolmaster in St Giles, Norwich, presumably at a private school. Ref is RG10/1816/F66/p24
In 1881 William, Charlotte and family are still in Attleborough but I cannot find William born 1859 at all.

William Church Clowes was born in 1833 in Stalham, Norfolk, England. He was the oldest child and had ten siblings.
When he was 25, he married Charlotte Base in Jan 1858 in Norfolk, England.
He was father to (at least) ten children, all were christened at St Mary's Church, Attleborough (ref: Baptism Project Attleborough)
1. William Cubitt born 23 February 1854, christened 10 October 1860 at St Mary's Church, Attleborough. Died 17 March 1912, Brisbane, Qld.
2. Mary Charlotte born 13 September 1860, christened 10 October 1860, probably died as infant?).
3. Mary Charlotte Rebecca born 10 January 1862, christened 25 December 1870, married Dennis Gayford, died 16 November 1943 (recorded as eldest daughter).
4. Florence born 4 August 1863, christened 25 December 1870.
5. William born 5 August 1865, christened 25 December 1870. Died 1950 in Qld.
6. Albert born 1867, christened 13 June 1867. He died on 08 Jun 1962 in Queensland, Australia.
7. Ethel born 9 November 1868, christened 25 December 1870.
8. Hester born 7 April 1870, christened 25 December 1870, died 16 December 1943 Brisbane.
9. Gertrude born 15 February 1874, christened 18 February 1874 at 3 days old.

William Church, his wife and family travelled to Australia.
In 1888, W C Clowes was listed as a Chemist in the township of Goondiwindi (population 507) in Slaters Queensland Almanac 1888. On 15 September 1888, his daughter Ethel married Conrad Cobden Dornbusch (architect) on 15 September 1888 at Goondiwindi.
In 1896, he was nominated for the Legislative Assembly as a Labour candidate (Balonne).
In 1897 (aged 64), he was listed as a Pharmaceutical Chemist (Brisbane) qualified to practise in Queensland under "The Pharmacy Act of 1884". His eldest son William Cubitt (aged 43) was also listed as a Pharmaceutical Chemist (St. George, Qld) in 1897. His brother, Joseph Smith Clowes, was listed as Medical Practitioner in Albion Bisbane (M.R.C.S. Eng. 1877).
On 07 Feb 1900 his son Albert married Annabella Louise Beatty in Queensland.

William Church Clowes is buried at Tingalpa Cemetery, Brisbane. The headstone says: 1 June 1904, aged 71 years.
