No birth for Ann in NSW index.
Popular with some trees..

Parents:
"James Hennessy 1796–1846

Diane Taft 1796–1841"

Ann's birth not validated..

"Birth
1838 • Kempsey, New South Wales, Australia"

Geoff

EDIT: Looking a little complicated, a stepmother may be a Mary Cremin.

This taken from a public tree..

"(Newspaper - The Macleay Chronicle, 7 January 1909)

Death of Mrs. Matthews.

THE death took place on Tuesday of last week of Mrs. Matthews, of West Kempsey, an old and respected resident of the Macleay. The deceased lady, who was 70 years of age, was a native of Maitland and a sister to Mr. Thomas Hennessey. She was married twice. With her first husband (Capt. William Rogers) she came to the Macleay nearly 50 years ago and they settled at Commandant Hill. Afterwards the late Mr. Rogers started a store and was accidentally killed by being thrown from a van. Ten years ago the deceased lady married Mr. Matthews and lived in retirement at West Kempsey. By the first marriage she leaves a family of ten children, viz :- C. J. Rogers, of Yarrahappinni ; Mrs. T. Secomb, Dondingalong ; Mrs. Albert Sinfield, Zion City (U.S.A.) ; Mrs. W. Harvey, Central Kempsey ; Mrs. J. C. Wilson, Greenhill ; Mrs. Henry Bennett, Taree ; Mr. W. Rogers, Lismore ; Mrs. John Tandy, Glen Innes ; Mr. Hedley Rogers, Dawson City (America) ; and Mr. Stanley Rogers, Casino. The funeral took place at the West Kempsey Cemetery on Wednesday, and was largely attended by residents from all parts of the district."

I can't look up the 1834 marriage on the usual set of films as the volume is beyond 123. Films of the records sent to Registrar Gen.

Being RC St. Mary's there is a second set of films at Mitchell Library of the parish register.
