William De Fraine

My great great grandfather was William De Fraine who was born at Aylesbury in 1827. His parents were Thomas De Frain and Rebecca Curren. Thomas died in 1829. He had 2 brothers, Thomas (1823) and George (1824). Somewhere before 1858 he came to Australia. He married Miriam Prater in 1858 in Aus. I have been unable to find William in the 1841 or 1851 census in England. I can't find how or when he came to Australia. I would appreciate any help I can get.
