If you are still interested in information about William Falla Clarke and family, I have recently been researching them and came across this post. I've found many references to the family in various Adelaide newspapers.
WFC Senior and Letitia's eldest boys:
William Falla Clarke, born 1845-
  • 1857 won second desk prize for writing while attending 3rd class, 3rd form at the Church of England Collegiate School (now St Peter’s Collegiate School), Adelaide
  • January 1871: awarded by assignment ship’s chandler’s licence in partnership with William McKenzie (who was granted the original licence in 1861 with his father, William Falla Clarke Senior). His step-mother, Jane Mary Clarke, is also listed on the licence. On the 27th February 1871, they filed for insolvency.
  • WAs one of the first eight oars in the old Port Adelaide Rowing Club.
  • Became a commercial traveller for Messrs Whyte, Counsell & Co, and Messrs Milne & Co.
  • 1873: witness in the trial of two employees of Bingle, White & Co, Maitland who were found in possession of cheesecloth and 2 tents sent by Capper & Sons of Maitland allegedly stolen from the ship Lopanto. William Falla Clarke deposed that he was the “super cargo” of that ship (a representative of the ship's owner on board a merchant ship, responsible for overseeing the cargo and its sale.)
  • 1876: witness in an inquest into the death of Henry Blair – accidental drowning
  • 1900: fined £5 for failing to attend Jury Duty in the Coolgardie Quarter Sessions.
1909: On May 25, admitted to the Government Hospital at Coolgardie, then transferred to Nurse Penglase’s Private Hospital, where he died of cancer on the 7th June. He had been secretary of the Lion Brewery Company and was "a highly trustee and confidential employee of that firm." According to one Obituary, he had “made a host of friends in all classes” “during his long residence in Coolgardie.” Probate was granted on 1st July to the value of £500/7/2 to Mary Rose Clarke and refers to him as an accountant.
His twin brother, Edwin Pattison Clarke: an Obituary refers to him as "a Senior Inspector of Excise in South Australia and “Senior Inspector of Distilleries, S.A.”. Died September 26 1910 in Adelaide.

There is a notice in the Northern Territory Times and Gazette (Darwin, NT : 1873 - 1927) Sat 6 Feb 1875 saying that the local court in Palmeston granted an Auctioneer’s licence in Darwin: Question – is this the same William Falla Clarke, and if so, why Darwin?

this is what I've found about the other children who were born in the UK:
Letitia Ann Clarke Christened 17 August 1847 St Michaels, Liverpool, Lancashire. GS Film 1545923, ID Item 4 p242 Died 12 May 1911 aged 64 in Woodville, Adelaide. Single. Buried in Cheltenham Cemetery
Amy Clarke Christened Dec 4 1848 St Michaels, Liverpool Lancashire. Married Charles Mannesah Crouch on 19 Feb 1876 in Adelaide, at Mrs Clarke’s residence. Died 4 Aug 1909 in Wagga Wagga, N.S.W.
Amelia Mary Clarke Christened 1 Feb 1850 St Michaels, Liverpool Lancashire
The family travelled to Australia on Condor, arrived May 12 1851 in Adelaide. The Adelaide Times lists William F Clarke + Letitia + 5 children and Amelia Whitley as passengers. (Was Amelia a female relative of Letitia?).

Thanks for the info.

I have not searched for the connection between Amelia and Letitia.

Amy is the connection to my tree.
