William GRANT

Well-known member
Can someone please check the 1851 census for William GRANT boarding at Boharm, Windyhillocks, Morayshire. with Peter GRANT (possibly his uncle). (I have no info regarding his age or birth place if it is stated on this census). I am not sure that this is the right ancestor.

Could you please list all info found regarding him because on 3 other documents he states his birth place in different localities, poor relief=Belfast, 1861 census=Dublin and 1881 census=Strathspey, Moray.
He also states his age at various ages as well, so it is getting rather frustrating. His age could be anywhere between, 34 - 41

He married in 1852, at Wester Lettoch, Cromdale, Moray so he would be listed as single (or widowed) in 1851, and he has always listed labourer for his occupation. His daughter at this time was living at Keith with her grandmother so he could be anyplace in Moray or Banffshire.

All William GRANT's having this criteria would be appreciated.

Thanking you in advance
