William GRANT married Annie McCONNACHIE from Glenrinnes c:1841 so I figure that he must have been in the general area of this place. I am trying to locate Brackonmark but no luck so far. Please check the spelling of this.

So I'm assuming they married after the 1841 census, or have we the right William Grant? What year was Annie McConnachie born?

Thank you these listings.
William GRANT's wife to be, Annie McCONNACHIE was born Glenrinnes in Mar 1816 and is listed on the 1841 census.
So, if they did get married, (which I believe would be so), I have narrowed down their marriage to between the 1841 census and the conception of their daughter Jessie, born Keith area July 1842. If they didn't get married till later, or at all, then it could explain why I can't find a marriage listing.

From your info supplied, I would like to think that my William GRANT is the one listed in either Brackonmark or Knockandow. I am trying to establish where these places, (farms) are in relation to Glenrinnes, which is a few miles south of Dufftown in Mortlach parish. Inveravon in just south of this area.
