William Henry Corrin

Hi,
There are afew of us trying to trace the birth of William Henry Corrin. He is thought to have been born in about 1883 on Isle of Man, son of William Charles & Annie Corrin (nee Corrin).
We have tried a search by IOM Registry from 1878-18883 inclusive but so far with no luck. His father William Charles Corrin was a master mariner & travelled to liverpool for different exams, etc & we tried to look for birth in Liverpool but to no avail.
Also could he be the son of a relative whom William & Annie took on as their own/
We are starting to get lots of guesses coming in & I am wondering if they are confusing us more.
So I wonder if the FHUK community can help us at least try to unravel the mystery?

There is a pension record for a William Henry Corrin born abt 1883 address
65, Circular Road Douglas IOM.
