I have William Henry Fenner in 1911 and 1901 in Cornwall but so far cannot find a marriage in the UK.
His wife on the 1911 is Martha Fenner born 1878 in South Africa.
Their eldest child Winifred, born 1897 in Lucknow , India - - - so I am wondering if they were married in India, is there anyway of finding out.
On the 1901 census William is down as a Sgt Bugler in the Cornwall Light infantry, so I assume he was overseas in the Army when he married.

Thanks for all the information, I searched and found nothing.
On the 1911 census it looks like William is still working for the Army as his job is shown as Barrack Warder(whatever that is).

Just found the service record on FMP, amazing the amount of info on there - strang it doesn't always show on a search! very puzzling.
