Just had chance to read the biography of Charles Martin (sir) link that you posted - some guy!

The first paragraph from a genealogical stance is the note of his parents Josiah and Elizabeth Mary, nee Lewis; confirms the line being followed is correct.

Another example of the need to validate 'Tree' info! Thanks for the prod in questioning Josiah's position.

Wish I could find them in shipping records.

Same family for sure with references in Australian newspapers to Rev. George Martin in London.
