The above bapt is only part of the story, William Henry & Ann bapt seven children together, born between 1850 and 1861. Margaret Ann was born 25 Dec 1852.
William is given as a shipwright.

Thanks Elaine.

I've moved on for now from William's death to Ann INGS in 1841.

I hope to find her age at death.

The Sydney Morning Herald - Thu 21 Jan 1897 p.10
Funerals.
MUSCUTT.-The FRIENDS of the late Mrs. ANN TURNER MUSCUTT are kindly invited to attend her Funeral, to move from her residence Southwark, Paling's Estate, Leichhardt, THIS DAY, Thursday, at 2 p.m., for the Field of Mars Cemetery.

I can't find her on the burial index. The index has no ages.

Field of Mars

Thanks Geoff.

I searched 1818 - 1830 for a baptism and didn't find one.

I searched the cemetery using just m and a for surname and given name and still no hit.

I notice there are lots of trees on A. Any have death for William and a bap for Ann?

Lots of records have middle name as Turner but I think her mother was Ann Glendenning.

?? William was a shipwright?

Nothing too clear in the early years in the trees, Dave... Some say Buckby some say Rotherhithe, nothing validated [use census as a guide]

Ann Ings or Turner are the front-runners

William's death is very varied, London 1891 and 1895 and Northamptonshire 1891, nothing vaildated

The 1848 marriage has William as a shipwright and spouse = Ann Ings

You'd have to favour an 1823 birth/bap..

There is this, a possible sibling, Father and his occ fit the 1848 marriage..

Margaret Rutherford Ings
Baptism Date: 15 May 1831
Parents = William Henry Ings & Ann Ings
Parish or Poor Law Union: Limehouse St Anne
Borough: Tower Hamlets
Register Type: Parish Registers

Geoff

EDIT: Occ = Caulker..

Jane Turner Ings
[JaneTurner Ings]
Record Type: Baptism
Baptism Date: 2 May 1822
Parents = William Henry Ings & Anne Ings
Parish or Poor Law Union: Limehouse St Anne
Borough: Tower Hamlets
Father's occ = Caulker
There is this public note..

"JaneTurner Ings rather than Jane Turner Ings
Correction due to an error in transcription.
The index gives name as Jane, but it is actually Anne and the date of Baptism is 2nd June not 2nd May
Submitted by: BDavis255 on 07/02/2014"

Looks like Sarah Pullin.

John Ings
Spouse's Name Sarah Pullin
Event Date 12 Jan 1785
Event Place Portsea, Hampshire

Probably more important to fill the gap 1871 to 1897 for A T.

Daughter Margaret Ann.

http://marinersandships.com.au/1876/06/113alb.htm
There was a Mr. and Mrs. WEDDERBURN arrived in NSW aboard the 'Albion' ex Hokitika on June 27th 1876. No mention of a child being with them though.

Ann is not there.

I have not yet checked 1881 and 1891 for Ann.
