... so when did he arrive? Can he be found in 1861? Charles is not with his mother and brother Joseph in 1861. He is in Norfolk in 1851.

Had a good look at the 1861 census but he doesn't seen to be in England.

A Charles H Snow applied for a passport in 1853, It could be possible to mistake W for H when transcribing the details.
