There is the marriage of a William White Embury, reg. in the Kings Norton district, Sep.Qu.1848, volume 18, page 420. Possible brides were, Amelia Clark, Charlotte Greenhill, Charlotte Painter and Julia Mary Watson.
Whilst there are no deaths reg. in that name there is one for a William Embury age 65, in Birmingham district, March 1891, 6d,147. Kings Norton is close to Birmingham.
