Agree with Steve re the witness but the minister could be Harris rather than Harries.

I think the minister is T. B. Harres.


No sign of Farghey/Farghay/Ferghay/Ferghey in NSW BDM index.

Caughey and Haughey in the index but neither seem to fit.
