NSW BDM have started adding district codes 001 = Sydney which covers many suburbs so not much help. More recent deaths have no code.

Over the years less and less detail is appearing on NSW death certs. A death in 2019 didn't even say if it was a burial or cremation. You used to get the name of the minister and the name of the undertaker and the names of the witnesses - nothing now.

Given this marriage and that a son was E. C. Parker then Parker is probably Elizabeth's married name.
