Wrong Name On Certificate?

Hi,
I believe that my copy of my grandfathers' marriage certificate has his fathers' name down wrong. He was married in St. Andrews, Hoxton, Shoreditch. Can anyone tell me where the registers are kept please, would it be the Metropolitan Archives?
