WW1 Medal Roll

Would it be possible to interpret the enclosed Medal Roll. I know that LNLR stands for Loyal North Lancashire Regiment but don't know what everything else means.

Thanks gortonboy, that has helped a great deal.
One thing is that at the top it states "BEF 1914" which seems to point to him being in at the beginning but the medal part doesn't mention him awarded either the 1914 Star or the 1914-15 Star why is this?
What would the issue of a clasp indicate?
