Can anyone help me decipher this ww1 card

What does it mean basically?

I can see when he was enlisted and discharged
what was he discharged on?

Did he get any medals?

Hi the GSW stands for gunshot wound, and i think he was in the machine gun corps, do you have his service/pension records? if not whats his date and place of birth ?

his medals where the britidh medal and the victory medal

Arthur Green Pte 3528
Machine Gun Corps
Regiment Number 96033

Enlisted 26th April 1915
Discharged 7th May 1918


I dont have his service or pension records
